Lalit Sharma began his formal journey into Jyotish in 2013 at Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi — one of India’s most respected institutions for classical sciences. Over three structured years, he earned both the Jyotish Alankar and Jyotish Aacharya degrees, dedicating each year to focused original research: the Third House and personal hobbies in the first year, core planetary Yogas in the second, and the deeply complex patterns of marriage astrology — dual, multiple, and disturbed unions — in the third.

That research orientation never stopped. Lalit subsequently completed a postgraduate degree — Master of Arts in Jyotish — from Uttarakhand Open University, and added a Vastu Prabhakar diploma from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan for the science of space and direction. To access classical texts in their original form, he undertook multiple levels of Sanskrit study through Sanskrit Bharati Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University’s spoken Sanskrit programme, and two formal Sanskrit courses from IIT Roorkee. Over twelve years, thousands of birth charts have been read, tested, and validated.
